I work with people many if whom are suffering and dying and I have PTSD from it and many other traumas. Getting the pain out in a healthy way is the only thing that's ever changed how I felt. Surfing, skating, snowboarding are all great, but nothing has helped me more than listening to music and letting feelings come out. I cried on the way home today listening to sad music, and it felt good to get some of it out. Nurture your soul.
