Uhh... If it was scripted, why would she keep looking at the camera like she has no clue what's going on and realizes she might be getting pranked, and he was probably lying about whatever cover he used to explain having cameras in the room. My theory is he went with something like "I teach a junior college class on interpersonal communication where I document an interview so my students can see what a real job interview will look like for them. It's important for us to analyze what went right and what went wrong. This is part of my series of real world examples so I'll need to have two cameras present. Oh great, ok it will just take one moment, I do need you to sign this release form though, it's just because these videos _might_ be going into my course material and everything we use becomes the intellectual property of the school I'm employed at for legal reasons. I'm sure you understand."

However, even then what's always true is that the people on the show (even the actors, who are generally told they're doing some other show) aren't in on it.
