What you said about the Justice Department requiring rules and procedures in order to be fully functional is true but the human factor can not be discounted. That means that we have to admit that we have certain feelings that can affect how we see things regardless of the actual truth of what we observe. That brings us back to your understanding that justice requires that we have laws and regulations and have a legal roadmap to base decisions on. So it’s not “the facts ma’am just the facts and nothing but the facts,”that make up the framework of the justice system . If it was we wouldn’t need the Supreme Court. Which brings us back how can we have complete trust and faith in the decisions the courts make when we can’t hold their feet to the fire? I agree with anyone who believes that the Supreme Court’s justices should have term limits and that we the people should have some say in who gets chosen to serve. If you have to mandate that the people have no say in the decisions of who is going to have final say in the most intimate and fundamental rights we have as in, everything from the personal reproductive decisions, freedom of speech boundaries, and the right to love and raise a family mandates, why should we blindly follow the dictates of these very human beings.

Let's keep in mind that Nathan Wade initially denied having a relationship with Willis, but when the receipts showed otherwise, Wade amended his statement to plead the 5th Amendment. It should go without saying that a prosecutor who pleads the 5th re: a matter of personal integrity and morality is not fit to prosecute anybody on criminal charges. Also, I've heard that Wade's experience as a judge dealt mostly with driving violations, and that he has never presided over a felony case. That hints that Willis ONLY hired him because of their personal relationship, so that she could pay him hundreds of thousands of dollars of taxpayer money which they could spend together. That is the very portrait of policital corruption.

Robin Yearti is the lady/'friend' working for Fani that got fired after she raised concerns their embezzlement of funds. she testified earlier confirmed they were openly affectionate since 2019. Robin confirmed that she was renting her condo out to Fani AND has openly discussed to be in a physical/romantical relationship with Nathan from as early as 2019 and confirmed they still were together til the day she was let go. They were openly affectionate and she had private chats with Fani + she confirmed that these two WOULD spend nights at the condo she was renting out to Fani, all of which he denied and it's obvious his denial has the caveat of him redefining whatever words he needs to conform to the case he needs to make. He dodges so many questions through this. Numerous occasions he was asked to confirm with yes or no, he'd just start talking and talking, a clearcut sign from behavioral analysts that's a form of deception. I mean all the stuff he said was predictable "oh she paid cash. No receipts available.." bla bla... He then says "I have STATEMENTS not receipts". Lol such yeehaw bull. I mean what else would you expect from someone in those circumstances that has no other way out than to come up with excuses and lies. He uses same type of tactic when trying to cover his lies he filled out the divorce forms with last year May 2023 when answering "no" to questions regarding affairs while married and if he had been on any trips or bought anything for anyone during time he was married. He tries to excuse those lies by basically playing dumb even though he knows the form uses the legal definition of marriage and not when his wife had an affair in 2015 that virtually ended his marriage. He had two updates to his divorce forms in 2023 and both times chose to keep the same answers but right when this case was opened last month in January 2024 that is when he updated his forms a 4th time and changed those no's to yes's. All bull lol.
