According to the Super Mario Wiki, it's possible to clip through the ground in the pink section of Baby Park, but it doesn't specify how to do it. In the original MK8 at least, there is also a glitch that makes it possible to clip through the top corners of walls, not sure if it was fixed in Deluxe but it would probably make it possible to die on more tracks if so.
