The poor man that was there. It's sad he became so unwell during Covid. I actually loved the peace with no traffic or planes flying, and going for walks and saying hello to neighbours I'd never met while the lockdowns were on. That's a fantastic place. I'd live there if it was cleaned up. Beautiful yard and birdsong and a cute little house. I hope the homeless lady looks after it. Thank you for all the work you and your friend are doing on this place! I love hearing about good men.

I am glad help arrived for the man losing his health and home. Also, there is a chance of a Restart, in a homeless person getting housing. It is hard for me to remember sometimes, but you are probably out working in fairly high heat. Wishing you well. You got a huge amount done. It might be a good transition to have the homeless person help restore the property. Mow, pick up clutter, paint, ....
