Thank you Matt Lewis for putting Richards side of the story. Remember history is always written by the victor. Henry Tudor had good reason to maline Richards character as Henry's claim to the crown was very remote compared to Richards. There were many other people who would have wanted the princes done away with, Henry himself, Buckingham , and most of all Henry's mother ,the fanatic who wanted her son on the throne more than anyone. According to the Tudors Richard had a withered arm ,one shoulder was higher than the other and don't forget the hunch back. When his body was found none of this was evident, ie. propaganda

I have a question for the team: I read Henry Tudor spent the night with Rys Ap Thomas a few nights before battle at his home. Was this meeting in secret? Plus there’s the tale the Rys hid under a bridge while Richards army marched over. I can believe Tudor met with Rys to discuss his loyalty during battle and/or after. That makes much more sense because everyone wants to know their position if the battle goes Tudor’s way.

Yeah. And they took Rys' son hostage until after Bosworth. To ensure his loyalty.
