Did you see the other side of the glockenspiel? It starts on the street side, and moves to the back after all characters are unveiled on that side. 🙂

Oh yeah, I went back and forth and attended the programmed event several times (on more than one day, too) hoping they might have repaired it and I could re-record, but no such luck.
