I remember there’s a chef who used to cook for the royals (he’s on youtube now) and he shared a story of when he first met the queen in person. She was walking her corgi’s while he was out taking a stroll, and the corgi’s came running after him like they were going to attack him, and he screamed and ran away. He tells it brilliantly on his youtube channel. Slapstick comedy style. Being chased is rightfully scarey to terrifying by a pack of dogs. Being the owner and seeing it? Cracking up laughing at a grown man hightailing it away from a bunch of furballs nipping at your heels giving chase would be funny if you knew they wont eat him alive. He forgave them and has a couple of stuffed corgi dogs as souvenirs on his show. He said he went out for a smoke break and they accidently met up. Nice fellow. Even the Queen remembered it and was still laughing over it.

She has an amazing sense of humour. One of her Protection Officers, Richard Griffin, was with her when two American tourists saw this old lady wearing a scarf, and asked HM if she had ever met the Queen. She just replied ‘well, I haven’t, but Dickie here meets her regularly’. They asked the Queen to take a photo of them with "Dickie" which she did, then he took one of them with her, still not telling them who she was. When they had gone, she turned to him and said she would love to be a fly on the wall when they showed people the photos back in the US, and someone pointed out she was the Queen. Pure class

Mad respect for the Queen, she lived through the great depression and cold war, even witnessing technology evolve into what it is today, she's seen it all, she lived a full life, and the universe decided it was her time

she also had Diana murdered, so yes, what a lovely respectable lady (:

@caligamer_054 you really think Diana just happened to die in the car from a crash ? You really don’t think that the royals, especially Charles and Elizabeth had something to do with it? Charles needed Diana gone so he could marry his crusty mistress camilla. With Diana in the way, that was not possible. She literally predicted her death and it was all accurate. She died the exact same way she feared. And she even mentioned in her diary that she was terrified her ‘husband’ was planning her crash. Look it up.

Our Queen was lovely and so dignified and gracious. So proud to have her for our Queen. R.I.P Ma'am, my tears of sadness is briefly blighted knowing you are now reunited with your strength and your stay. Love you Ma'am.

Either bait, or you genuinely don't understand how the economy of the system works. Funnily enough it is usually actually benefits scroungers who claim the Royals are a drain.
