National anthem of the Russian Empire - "The Prayer of Russians" (1816-1833)

"The Prayer of Russians" - was a song used as the national anthem of Imperial Russia from 1816 to 1833.
After defeating the First French Empire, Tsar Alexander I of Russia recommended a national anthem for Russia. The lyrics were written by Vasily Zhukovsky, and the music of the British anthem "God Save the King" was used.
Some consider God Save the Tsar Russia's first true national anthem, as both its words and music were Russian. Others say the title belongs to Grom pobedy, razdavaysya!, another popular song of the time, although it never had official status.
In 1833, "The Prayer of Russians" was replaced with "God Save the Tsar"

Моли́тва ру́сских - первый Высочайше утверждённый государственный гимн Российской Империи.
В 1816 году на параде в Варшаве для встречи императора был впервые исполнен английский гимн «God save the King». Мелодия была несколько искажена, а хор пел на русском языке. Александру I гимн понравился и за ним был закреплен статус официального государственного гимна. Название было дано «Молитва русских», а слова (измененный перевод с английского) написал поэт В.А. Жуковский. Музыка обработана, возможно, придворным скрипачом Антонио Лакоста. Оставался государственным гимном России вплоть до 1833 года, когда был сменён гимном «Боже, Царя храни!».

Well, the rhythm of the anthem is actually invented by the French m8.. Brits stole it, then Russian than the rest of Europe.. And also brits dont drink real tea

Origin is... French, Grand Dieu Sauve le Roi. One anthem, many diffrent countries: UK, Russian Empire, Prussia, even US and etc
