National Beef Conference 2024 - Dr. John Donlon

The National Beef Conference took place on Tuesday, 19 November in the Landmark Hotel, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim.
At the conference, Dr. John Donlon, Research Officer, Teagasc Grange presented on 'Controlling pneumonia in suckler weanlings'.
In this presentation, John discusses how various interventions can be used to reduce the risk of bovine respiratory disease (BRD) or pneumonia in weanlings, and new developments in diagnostics to help more accurately diagnose it.
