Project never ever completed unless big retaining wall is placed through out minimum 15 meters and contractor should be changed because of laxity, inexperienced, fianancial instability and very poor track record of contractor specially Gammon india and HCC . Nhai should sit and give fresh contracts for completion to Afcons , L&T or others. Otherwise more generations will come but project wont complete.
