@@Religious_man DAs have been dropping charges and giving lighter punishments to help create the illusion that crime rates are down. I saw police body camera and dash camera footage of a young woman in Florida go on a high speed police chase. She crashed her car and fled on foot. She was given two years probation lol. California essentially legalized shoplifting via Prop 47. Stealing less than $950 worth of merchandise is a misdemeanor. There are many KZbin videos showing people loading their shopping carts or clutching two armfuls of items and walking out of retail establishments. Security have been told to stand-down. One guard working at Walgreens recorded someone stealing. He was fired for removing a piece of paper that was covering the suspects license plate. Some of those places have closed their doors and left the state.
