A wonderful re-imagining of one of my favourites from my favourite games. The added piano solo is great and works well, and the ending with the low horns and piano really sells the sunset atmosphere HGSS National Park has going on. Great all around!

I'll be honest, I've only recently started catching up on pretty much everything after Gen 2, and never played any Gen 4 games (yet). However, I grew up with Gold, and it's one of only a few games that I've put well over 100 hours into. National Park is easily among the best ever written in the series, and is one of those pieces that has the power to make you tear up for who knows what reason. This is one of those times. I'm always thrilled to see someone cover this piece and I'm happy I ran across this one, it's pretty incredible (Speaking of gen 2, route 26? g l o r i o u s, yet so short it's never covered sadly lol)
