As much as I would love to become a Official rouge agent. Division 3 should Peep there head into that storyline Split. Either being a Loyal Cause Agent or Rouge Agent Cause. It would be Amazing. Plus it’ll definitely put it on the map.

Another thing that’ll be definitely cool if they let you take place of an rouge agent Point of view. Like playing as him/her for a hr for the story. Kinda like how other games do it like the last of us pt2

I want to see in Division 3 give the players the option to choose their own path, like Red Dead Redemption 2 or Mass Effect choices of either going rouge to be a bad guy or stay a division agent of fighting for the good guys.

Know what I think. Agent Edward when he was found strung up in that hunter ambush mission. It was stated by ISAC he had a sister. Status unknown. It's a bit dark but what if the sister... is the hunter.. later turned recruiter as a promotion for surviving our fight

Prolly Farmers is a term used as reference that (farmers don't bring leather briefcase in the field because its not their tool and it will draw attention because its unusual for farmers to be seen having a briefcase) hence Claire said maybe i should make it a toolbox.

Theme with farmers: There was the comm ("Mobile Prototype") where Alexander offered the initial version of the mobile server with a logo on top of the briefcase. Calvin then objected that it would be too suspicious if a sleeper agent in the outback was driving around on a tractor with such a briefcase.

Unfortunately the comms aren't released in order nor does it seem like collected ones are positioned in chronological order, If you recall in the Liberty Island mission: Aaron Keener used ANNA to hack and take control of the Black Tusk Warhounds and Marauder Quadcopter. So I am thinking we learn more about that next season. Most likely that either Claire intended for ANNA to be able to backdoor into BT tech or that ANNA is more capable than we know? Probably the former. Regarding the "Fly trap", I am wondering if it will potentially be a new warhound enemy type we get to face in season 4? The Blacktusk heavy units already carry a Healing hive of different design on their backs. And finally: The conversation regarding the mobile SHD server looking suss if it were a briefcase belonging to a farmer? Well I think it could be referring to Heartland maybe? At the start of Division 2 when the distress signal to return to DC went out to all agents. The ones operating in Silver Creek were exempt from this and ordered to remain there to protect the SHD interest (I can't remember where I read or viewed the last part) But the Heartland trailer shows farmlands, The agent narrating the trailer also presents the question of why is the virus behaving differently in Silver Creek and why is her old Cell leader doing what he's doing? I personally think continued work on the virus is happening somewhere in Silver Creek, Maybe even Calvin ordered the agents to remain and keep the area safe? He is either really stupid or potentially even had something going with Amherst or at least his agenda. The way he talks down to the NSA analyst pisses me off thinking he is an ignorant fool or I will clap for his hectic preplanning of everything. Just my thoughts as an avid lore buff.

Last year when someone leaked the first 40 mins of Heartland, it showed an Agent recovering a SHD device the size of a Hard Drive, using that to power the SHD servers back at Rocket Rink.

I think what they meant with Farmers was Unactivated agents, a briefcase only works with certain jobs, so it would be strange seeing a farmer with a briefcase, which is likely the mobile SHD server given the mention of a screen

I really don't like where they're going with this story. Paris Hilton leading the biggest private military in the world and her soldiers sticking around even when money is useless therefore she has no way to pay them, is just so hard to believe, it's so dumb it constantly break my immersion. I prefer the desperation of the first game. Saving the city from lunatics. It made me fell like the city needed me. Stopping Paris Hilton from becoming queen of America, just doesn't do it for me. I do really appreciate you slogging through Descent to get these comms for us. The thought of having to play through Descent 52 times makes me never want to play The Division against so i'm so glad there is a mad man like you out there who will do it for us! The one interesting thing to me coming out of these comms is Isaac's limitations. I remember in Kajika's comms where he's bitching at the JTF for pulling out of the dark zone and he says something like "If we stay we're dead, if we leave we're Rogue". That makes alot more sense now. I couldn't figure out why falling back would make them Rogue but learning about Isaac's limitations, now it makes sense. All of the first wave Division agents abandoning their watches in the first game, it all makes so much sense now.

I thought the latter log would imply that we'll eventually going to face Warhounds with healing capabilities. We inadvertently "created" a Warhound with Repair Traps in Season 2, after all.

I would hazard to guess the briefcase is SHD mobile servers. The farmers might reference the areas hidden as most cities seem to have better SHD coverage. In the novels it shows the farther from certain areas the SHD tech doesn't work. I'm only guessing but farmers could mean the servers are hidden in rural areas where coverage is spotty to non-existent. Meaning someone walking around a farm seeing a briefcase or a metal boxwith a phoenix on it will draw questions, plus if it looks like a toolbox someone will try and open it. Or it could be a sort of a play on words talking about the field of coverage. Or could be a reference to the SHD cores hidden in places like rural Kansas. I don't see why they would use code to describe agents as farmers or turrets as briefcases when they openly talk about operators and tech in other comms.

I have a theory about the “Trap” audio log. I had written this about a week ago, when the comm came out, and it’s pretty long so I apologize but, and I don’t wanna toot my own horn here, I feel like it’s an interesting thought: Ok, this terrifies me. Theoretically, this comm was recorded way before the outbreak (if the same rules for every other descent log apply here), so it must be at least several months old. I doubt Ortiz’s relationship with BT is still going on, so if Natalya’s organization doesn’t have a hold of this technology yet, it’s likely that it was just a scrapped idea or a project that never saw the light of day due to the pandemic breaking out. However, what if these “medic Warhounds” are a new enemy archetype that will be introduced with the new DLC, and this collectible is just a tease? Very interesting stuff, indeed. Although, I RREEEEEEEEAALLLY don’t want an other Warhound. We have more than enough already…

Once you get a system it gets easier. I focus PURELY on DPS. I'm not interested in continuing the run past completing the Nemesis, so my plan is to use cover to boost my damage and burn down the Nemesis before it can even fight back.

Hardest comms to get from the game. I have beated Nemesis only once and failed about, More than i want to count. Nemesis is Ultimate opponent, hardest enemy in game. Frustating but i won't give up!

That comment about the warhounds having ANNA inside them made me think about how this season could end could we see some inescapable scenario where we are being overrun while hunting the recruiter and eventually we get an assist by the recruiter themself hacking into the warhounds and activating the ANNA still programmed in them and getting rid of the black tusk for us and revealing to us that its actually keener idk could be interesting

I doubt anyone would see this now but the "farmers and briefcases" conversation is talking about the SHD tech caches. It seems like originally they were going to be briefcases but the design was switched to the metal hardcases we see today.
