National Webinar on - Technical Education : Significance & Opportunities

TERii Kurukshetra hosted One National Webinar in association with Shiksha Sanskriti Utthan Nyas Haryana
A one day national webinar was organised by Technology Education & Research Integrated Institutions in collaboration with Shikha Sanskriti Uthhan Nyas on the theme - Technical Education: Significance and Opportunities. Many renowned personalities shared their knowledge, experience and guidance on the subjects as per their expertise.
Sh. Jagram, North Regional Convenor of Shiksha Sanskriti Uthan Nyas, initiated the Webinar mentioning that no religion is higher than service. Scientists from all over the world are looking for solutions to the challenges by incorporating the tradition and culture of our country into scientific research.
Padma Shri Dr. Satish Kumar, Director, NIT, Kurukshetra presided over the webinar. Although he could not join, but on his behalf, Dr. Sathans graced the event by incorporating almost every latest technology, as well as expressing his expressions of anxiety and agonizing on the fact that these technological advantages are being used by illicit people.
Prof. P.C. Tewari, Head of Mechanical Engineering Department, NIT, Kurukshetra, convened the event excellently, very well assisted by Prof. Sudhir, Principal, Polytechnic, TERii, Kurukshetra. Dr. Tewari initiated by welcoming all the prominent professors and professionals. He enlightens the value of technical education in almost all aspects of life.
Dr. Dinesh Kumar, Professor in Department of Mechanical and Industrial Enginnering, delivered the keynote lecture on Internet of Things and Industry 4.0. Dr. V. K. Goel, Vertical head, iNurture Education Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore, deliberated his insightful vision on one of the latest technologies which revolutionised our digital world and explained how scientists use a large volume of data to interpret the consequences of data which helps in taking decisions for future in the respective field. Dr. Ajai Jain, Mechanical Engineering Department, NIT, Kurukshetra delieved his lecture on Integration of Process Planning and Scheduling. Dr. Chhagan, Professor in Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, explained the significance of Cognitive Radio Networks for 5G and Beyond. Dr. Rajneesh, Professor in Mechanical Engineering Department, NIT, Kurukshetra, shared his extensive research on Bio-Energy : Technology and Transitions. Every participant thanked him to share the practical ways followed by him and for explaining the working of machines used by him in the laboratories.
Dr. Sagar Gulati, Director, TERii expressed his vote of thanks and summarised the event. Er. Aditya Gupta, Secretary, TERii, appreciated the TERii team for successful organising of webinar. Dr. M. P. Gupta, advisor, TERii, remotely conveyed his appreciations and thanks to everyone for organising webinar on such a crucial subject. Ms. Parul Chutani moderated the complete Online program.
