The president should not overlook the proposal for a rail line in the eastern states. The northern politicians, believe me, has no such plans for that region and as usual, they look out for themselves only.Tinubu will leave a great legacy and a firm foundation for APC in the eastern states if that rail line can be a reality and in combination with a sea port.

I tire for this country. The way we celebrate mediocrity is baffling. Stop deceiving yourselves. We don't have train in Nigeria. Look at what China, Japan, Europe call train and the kind of effort they put to building their own rail network and improving their transport infrastructure. We can't even build a decent highway network, and what we call express won't even pass for a rural road in some countries. But the majority of those assembly members will carry escort and convoy and ply those very same roads while they take vacation abroad to enjoy the provisions of a working economy. When we truly take ourselves seriously that's when we'll see the real change for the better.
