Shy bladder is a major disorder for some people, and a Urine test may be impossible to Provide if the donor is feeling pressured. offer a blood test Or other options seems like a lot of wasted time on both ends for some pee.

Everyone I have come in contact with who has paruresis and has had to undergo a urine drug test has told the testers that they wanted an alternate form of testing since we couldn't urinate on demand. When that was refused ("no pee, no job"), we all actually offered to *pay* for an alternate form of testing, just so we can be tested the same as everyone else, and even this was refused! As far as those who were dirty? Well, they were able, in the privacy of the toilet, to substitute another person's clean urine for their own. I once had a conversation with the head of the drug testing policy for the United States, and when I asked him if those with paruresis were marked as dirty to make up for the people who were dirty but used another's urine, he replied: "Next question".

This is my situation. I was scheduled for a drug test (urine). I went to the clinic and was not able to have enough specimen for the minimum sample mark. It has nothing to do with a condition ( I had to pee like 40 minutes before the test, when you have to pee yo have to pee). I drank a water bottle before the test but like I said it wasn’t enough. The lady told me I could test again with in 3 hours to drink plenty of water. So I went across the street to buy a coke/eat and came back. I was never told that I was not allowed to leave. I don’t know how the test was labeled if incomplete or if that is an automatic positive. I’m waiting on my employer to determine the situation. I have not found any information regarding this specific situation on the internet. I will comment on what ended happening if I got disqualified or if I was able to retest. No shy bladder form or none of that on my situation, I do not have any conditions.

Well you can't leave the lab until your test is expired that is for dot drug test or fta 45ml of urine I pissed 7am before going to do my test and couldn't piss until my 6 attempt with 17 minutes left until my test is expired thank god i did it because I would have to see the doctor the next following day for no reason

I have a bladder obstruction so I always have a shy bladder it's really hard for me to go to the bathroom 40 oz of water in 3 hours is usually not enough for me to go to the bathroom Last time I had a DOT drug test I drank a gallon of water before the test and I brought a gallon jug in with me and I was drinking it I pissed it came out clear as water I got a negative dilute in my company didn't care

@@george.s.8491 a negative dilute is urine specimen that has a greater concentration of water than that of a normal urine specimen. Dilution is the process of reducing the concentration of drug or drug metabolites. This can be either purposeful or accidental.

some facilities can do cheek swab or hair follicle test if you can’t pee so if it’s happening to you just ask for those other test.

Shy bladder can be neurogenic. Also, there is dry bladder. Nothing can be done unless you trust the person to take a specimen container home.

Can humans pee on demand?.. No they can not. This is not "shy bladder" or paruresis.

You are not eligible for a Drug program until you test positive for Alcohol or Drugs..

Well, I tried what I read the other day and it felt like the biggest relief of my life when I suddenly realized I was effortlessly flowing, it all started when something struck me after I go'ogled Beck Reznark's guide and now it's on demand for me lol
