This is a nice, interesting talk, but the speaker has to cut down all the "Ums" and "Ahs" - they are REALLY distracting when you get two or three in every sentence!

The US should have stayed out of Europe in ww I. WW II forced us to reorder the world. When China becomes the dominant global economic and political power the world will miss the Pax Americana.
