This aligns with what Edgar Cayce a minister and clairvoyant said about how God created the earth and mankind. Edgar Cayce could put himself in a trance and then he would answer questions and give answers based on the Akashic Records. In all he gave 14 000 readings. When man entered the earth plane he did so in 5 different places simultaneously. Hence all the creation stories from different parts of the world are similar. You can learn more from the book Edgar Cayce's book Story of the Bible. Or you can go to his channel on KZbin. Edgar Cayce Arizona Link: www.youtube.com/@edgarcaycearizona67

Yes, Shem (Noah's son, the father of the Jews, the native Americans...etc...) retold this story to his children, that is almost certain. Also , that we were given life, that is important, because he gave life to the sculpture of man and made man alive. It's also interesting because the ancient Chinese creation story is almost identical to the book of Genesis.

I'm thankful to have found this channel. The word "story" as being an English word does disservice to the import of what's being said. I regard them as hadith.
@MudlarksAlmanac
@MudlarksAlmanac 3 жыл бұрын
but the word 'story' has its roots in the Latin and French language, and meant 'history'. Many words in the English language were borrowed words from different languages, and cultures, which is why English can be such a flexible language. Stories inform, but can also entertain, and are a good way of teaching the young about important subjects without being too difficult to absorb or remember. I find the similarities of stories from different lands and cultures fascinating, especially those that have come from an aural tradition.

Yes. I don't know the language verbally or your written word which seperates in definition (story) from (hadith) yet I am one who has been Blessed with language of the Heart ... I have a knowing there is a huge difference in a story of lives lived & a story of living within life. One seems to separate (story)from ~the other builds a web holding living all together? My learned English Language does not give way to clear expressions ~ A clarity aspect of essence is within ceremonial song, dancing, music, a completeness is transferring from Elders through the story & how story is given ... There is a living light spirit energy in one. The other is not living. One gives into future from within past. The other is sort of done or finished, offering nothing into future ... ok - I attempted to express in some clarity💚🗝💚🪶

In an atom, there is a force going «down to the ground» , a force keeping matter connected to itself. There is also a force going «up to the sky», a force keeping matter in connection with others. In old Norwegian stories, the World Tree is a picture of the forces in nature ; roots (rivers of water) in tree directions, and the leaves towards the sun.

Many of these stories are true and reflect the knowledge that was once held by your fathers. Much of this knowledge has been restored in the last days, through the Prophet Joseph Smith and the Book of Mormon. When I listen to you, it is like attending a Sunday School lesson and the Holy Spirit whispers of the truth you share. Yes, the Earth and all living things were organized or formed from preexisting element. And the first place indeed had four rivers, a place which in the LDS tradition we call Eden, having its locality somewhere near modern Independence, MO. We also know and believe that all life had awareness or intelligence before its transition into mortality. Thank you for sharing.

Mother Earth and all the living creatures need warriors right now. The Earth is being filled with death (all products made by humans). The religions from the Middle East gave us the right to exploit the Earth, gave men the right to suppress women, and gave the rich a right to keep all their wealth. We need to take back some of the old thinking if our grandchildren are to survive.

This aligns with what Edgar Cayce said about the beginning of mankind. People need to understand too that we must not translate literally what is being said. In the beginning man was a spiritual being who later entered the earth plane. We must understand that we are talking about the spirit world but trying to use ordinary words to describe an extraordinary thing - like a concept or an idea. Also, we must know that God is beyond our understanding. God is not some equation or physical thing that we can analyze and describe God.
