The Grand Canyon. Visited by millions of people a year. But there is so much more than what meets the eye.
Many different people have called this place home.
And with that... there are many stories, myths and legends.
Here is one of those legends. About how the Hero Twins chased a monster into what is known as the Grand Canyon. What transpires is a message all can take to heart.

Being White is something to be proud of not ashamed of!! I'm sorry that you apparently came up during this time when young people (especially those still in school) are taught that being white is something to be ashamed of!! That's such a lie!!! No one should have to be ashamed of who or what they are. In the last 1000 years or maybe more it is the White race who has developed what has been developed, invented what has been invented and carried the gospel of Jesus Christ around the world!!

Last night i had a dream, in it i was with an indigenous man and we went to a lake. We were going to scoot down the side of the cliff to get there but it was slippery. We looked across and watched some type of beast sliding dangerously down to the bottom of the cliff. As soon as he arrived a demonic entity surfaced from beneath the water. It was like a grey alien type with very evil eyes and energy. It asked me if i want to come to this lake? I said no we will go to the next lake that was over the hill. The man and I walked away. And now im hearing this! Amazing!! Thank you, I always enjoy your videos ❤😊

Through my spiritual awakening, and more intensely since grounding in the Arizona desert in May 2023, I have learned and been told that I AM the white buffalo calf woman. My life has been terrifying and have been almost killed many many times, but I have survived so that we can enter our golden age. I send my love and healing to everyone, from my heart to yours and hopefully I can find a way to be able to go back to Arizona to visit with the Hopi to share my story with them. I found the rock that is spoken about, the head of the body, I found it here where I live in Louisiana at a park, on a nature trail called owl heaven trail. I always felt cursed, due to everything that continually would happen to me since being born, but now I truly know how blessed I AM 🗝️💘🌎✌🏻🌈🦋🧚🏻‍♀️🩸

Grande Canyon was my favorite place to visit. As we hiked away from the river proper up a small tributary ( not the Little Colorado) the beauty and spirit of the land had the feeling people were present but no one was there. The water falls and slides were magical . Im blessed to have experienced all of the Canyons many faces.

That story fits really well with Glacial Lake Missoula. All that fresh water bound up behind ice dams on the Cordilleran Ice Sheet that would have been as far north a people could have gone. The ice dams got thinner with more pressure on them until 12000 years ago they finally gave way. That's a long way for oral history to travel if it is the same event. Randal Carlson tells it really well, an out burst with 2000 feet of water and ice burgs all heading south and west. That would have been before almost all of the tribes we know in North America...or else it might have wiped everything out becoming a new starting point for everything that came after. I like it when science and the old stories fit together and modern people figure out that they should have listened to the old stories...and taken some of them literally. I wonder if this is one of those times that the old stories and science are telling of the same event?

Listening to people like Graham Hancock talk about a comet hitting an ice shelf in north america, and causing a huge flood carving out the grandcanyons- makes me ponder the connections to this story. He said there was a great rock thrown when the battle once began and rolling rocks, maybe referring to a comet and then earthquakes and landslides(seeming like a great battle). And once the "battle" subsided left abundant amounts of water through the canyon. Love hearing these stories

I enjoy listening to the people. Thank you for sharing the wisdom which was rejected by my ancestors. I am from Nebraska and we were taught to respect the people. The Otoe people, who the county was named for, were all but gone by the early 1970’s, when I was born. We played sports against the Kickapoo res team, and the other res from the north. I remember being disappointed when we would play against them, they gave up way too easy. It made my heart sad. There were always a few young brave boys who had some heart and pride. There were never enough though.

The Source Spirit Universe likes diversity so we are all Unique! Made with LOVE - to become LOVE. The western volcanos have Egyptian names. Many Salem cities in USA. A place in Tenn. is called Jerico Wall area. Nineva cities and townships in many states of USA. And many pyramids exist covered in trees, we are not allowed to visit them. Many Mounds all over. Now Athena Temple is in Nashville. The Mississippi River was the Nile. The 1% lie givers - decided to keep us in the dark and not tell us TRUTH = AS YOU DO!! Y'all were of the original 12 Tribes in the Holy books - EVEN before the Bible. And it shows...we see it in - your CLARITY and truth speak. You kept the VOWS! So to say thank you, is so little ...but thank you. Your guidance is welcome & so very appreciated! We KNOW TRUTH - when we hear it.........& grateful to hear it too!!! Much love...

Thank you, what an amazing story. As you were telling the story, it reminded me a bit of a theory about the Younger Dryas cataclysm. Not to diminish the Dine Legend of the Grand Canyon at all. But, the prevalent hypothesis concerning the Younger Dryas cataclysm, suggests a comet (the stone monster?), or many, struck the Earth about 13K years ago, causing vast glacial ice sheets (miles deep) to suddenly melt (the stone monster giving the water to the Dine and creating the Grand Canyon?). This monstrous flood is thought to have created the Grand Canyon, as well as the Channeled Scablands, etc.. Your comment about an Egyptian connection was interesting as well. I've never heard that before, and will research. Are there flood stories in Dine culture? Thank you again, I love your stories.
