I am the exact same when I try and speak Spanish it is so frustrating because you know you have studied it before 🥲 for me it is confidence and worrying about mistakes I might make which makes me embarrassed😣 my advice is to practice out loud on your own not just in your head and to not care what people think if you make a mistake just try your best people should understand
