A nice little adventure to the last settlement of Susquehannock Indians along the Susquehanna River. York County Pennsylvania. Also the Dritt family home along the river and gravesight.

Been there a few times. I grew up about 15 min drive south of long level. We found a lot of arrow heads growing up.

Love it ! Great presentation. Conestoga wagon comes from these giants. I have come across where the Mennonite,adapted the original design into what we knew as Conestoga wagon.

🦋❤️👍I’m from the area and my Grandfather and other relatives had found many Native American arrowheads etc. in their yards years ago. I still have a couple pieces my Grandfather gave to me. I’ve been interested in our Local Tribe and other Tribes that came here. Thank you for sharing

There wouldn’t be any ruins. They used wood for their homes. Not brick or stone. That’s one of the most frustrating things for me about the Indians in the northeast. They didn’t build their settlements out of anything that would last.
