You should try Spirit Absorbption 3 with Shock Scrapper. it is actually super fun and fluid. However, I also ended up switching back to Taijutsu because I realized how much I missed the HIGH APM style of Taijutsu.

I learned the hard way and the importance of carving your stone first. Yesterday I tried gearing up at 1370 and did the stone last, I ended up settling for a 33111 build. It was painful but I’m too cheap/poor to try again. Now I know, oh wells

Can you elaborate more on the re-selling tripods? With the limited 3 time sales, how does the value not depreciate after you buying it? What do you do if you buy a 2 re-trade use one, and resell. Wouldnt the person buying yours be stuck with a non-resellable version?

Swift scrap is terrible, you dont have a Crit synergy skill and you would have to run some trash setup like Adrenaline + Precise Dagger + Master of Ambush or you hit like a wet noodle

Which argos set is better for gunslinger? The crit dmg or crit chance? Right now, i have 63% crit rate in pistol and sniper stance, and 85% in shotgun stance Keen blunt 3 grduge 3 peace 3 heavy armor 1 ether pretador 1 1370 gs

I did mine differently. Got a 6/6/1 stone and then slotted 2 9s in the engraving slot. Then went full class engravings on accessories. Kinda only going for a 333 build right now because the difference in cost is like 20g vs 20000g per ring. Also, been thinking about switching to Scrapper as main. The class just feels good to play!

Heya, i got my scrapper at 1378 and i'm wondering what do you think about my build. Got taijutsu 3, ambush master 3, raid captain 3 and spirit absortion 3 (i would prefer grudge 3 and adrenaline 3 but too much expensive at the market rn) no negative engravings, all my gems at lvl 5, crit on 1417 and swiftness at 456. Also got battering fist tripods and iron cannon blow tripods at lvl 4. Thx and keep going love your content.

He uses lightning fury and contender for his chaos dunegeon farming. There's a relic set that has a constant lightning aura around you and procs lightning fury very quickly.

I've heard people say that the damage disparity isn't big enough to warrant going with a playstyle you don't feel comfortable with. Shock is better on paper due to the burst nature of buff stacking.

Shock is better if you are good at the game (understand the boss's mechanics and movement) and can land all your abilities. However, some bosses can you make you feel so bad about yourself cause they move SOOO much and you end up missing everything. With Tai you pretty much can stick to the boss like glue and constantly do damage.

Yes, attacks with "back-attack" written in their skill-description do 5% more damage on the back and 10% more crit. Attacks that have "front-attack" written in their skill-description do 20% more damage and 10% more stagger on the front. It's something the game does unfortunately a bad effort to explain these mechanics to the player, hope this helps :)

Man i could have made a 3333 build at 1370... But couldn't found accessory for my class so i ended with a 3331 and a bunch of other class engravings :D. Bard or pala don't need keenblunt :DDDDDD so they're cheap. Also im energy overflow soulfist so my class engraving at 1 is fine.

I go for lv9 engraving books, and am trying for a 6/6 stone, with all acessories on class engravings since they are very cheap right now, for real you even need to buy them, you can just wait for good drops from abyss and argos, since a class engraving is guaranteed right now

are tripod gear limited by trades? if that's the case, why are people buying tripod gear with more than max trades left? since after the tripod piece only has 1 trade left, people wouldn't be able to buy and resell anymore. that means people wouldn't ever buy those, right? and if that's the case, people would turn to only buying tripod pieces with 2 trades left, the same thing would happen inductively. eventually people would just not buy any tripod pieces with less than max trades left, making them effectively unsellable. or i guess the prices would lower linearly per trade.

I'm a NA/EU player with 160+ ping with 1400+ mains (Sorc and bard) and a bunch of 1370 alts (Blade, Gunslinger, Gunlancer, Scrapper and the upcoming glavier.) After playing all those classes, I will say that Taijutsu scrapper is BY FAR the easiest class to play. You have no charge skills, no cast skills, no hold skills, no real animation locks, you have some swiftness, a double dash, 2 decent movement skills, u have destruction + stagger built in and you're tanky. You also don't need any spec which means you're only going to get more crit + swiftness later on and you'll never struggle with the feeling of needing all 3 stats like soulfist. This class is so amazingly ez to play that it should be the default go to class for all new players IMO.

I am lost....so I start to really care about engravings, gear, tripods on lvl. 1415 and die towards it? The game feels so weird to get that stuff. You need some, but at the same time you know, that your gear is shit in 1-2 months. Why go for tipod 3, if there is a 4 lurking somewhere? Why do tripods early on. Same problem with engravings....you do it on legendary, than on relic and later on you throw it all away and go for ancient? I am so lost and I have my main set up okayish...but I realize that people dont care at all on having at least some stuff and I can understand it. Why not dieing through the content until you finally do stuff that is worth it. Just take transitions like tier 1 or 2. Why craft gear with tokens....its a waste of time and money as you eventually go through content regardless. I just wonder, when you exactly start caring, because we see content creators doing builds on so many stages...and when you approach the content and play it, it usually is so easy, that all those tips to get 1370 with triple 3 engravings, jewels and stuff....I simply went into the raids and cleared it...and people are less geared than me because they also think: Why gearing at this stage. Big question is really: When do you start preparing and its not going to waste? It seems dieing up to 1415 is the way to go? The game throws so many barriers at you that you need to get right, but 2 bosses later you can throw it away again it feels like.
