Don't get me wrong how they made Itto's abs buff af but arms staying noodle is a valid question to ask, also wanting a full-out buff looking character in genshin, fully valid question. But one other thing it's related to I feel like it has always been a big controversy between going for a "buff look", or just skinny but with extra physical strenght, mobility and dexterity, something that a buff look would lack greatly because of big muscle mass, and ofc how big are we talking, what's a "buff look" in your image in terms of overall strenght Don't wana be the "uhh actually" guy, but Capitano's lore is him being the strongest mortal "fighter" not a "oneshot" or "best assassin in tevyat" iirc, so hey the spin move he cookin there don't look bad at all, prolly just ONE of his simple moves from Gordon's kitchen xD
