Yeah, we have never, and i mean never, absolutely never met a single NPC from Natlan, archon quest, story quest, world quest, none at all. All the NPCs that talk about Natlan just went there for a visit and came back. It was really interesting for theorists to try and figure out why there were no people from natlan before natlan ever released

​@@supermonstars The way she's constantly moping about, always trying to make herself look and sound more intimidating than she really is, and carefully chooses her words so she can make obvious threats with plausible deniability. She also acts like a teenager, judging and screaming at authority figures for not measuring up to _her_ standards, brooding over her problems instead of _doing_ something about them, spreading rumours, speculation, and misinformation about others to get her own way (think: bitchy school girl bullying someone), and feigning politeness and respect when in front of those who have the power to punish her (think: bitchy school girl getting along with her victim whenever a teacher is watching); she does all of this under the guise of being "cool, mysterious, and intimidating" when she really just comes off as a spoiled, petulant child who thinks she knows better than everyone else. It's clear that Arlecchino stopped maturing by the time she killed Crucabena, and it's entirely her own fault for not putting in the effort to grow as a person ever since.
