The age difference between the 2 people probably wouldn't be more than around a single hour at the absolute most. The speed difference has to be absolute insane. If someone traveled 99.99% the speed of light for a single year. 70.7 years would have passed on Earth. That tiny difference despite the absolute limit that matter can travel is kinda pointless. EDIT:1 At 6:16 - Everything that involves matter moves at the same speed relative to everything near it. (except light photons since it isn't matter). However, Gravity plays a role here too. Black holes for example have infinite gravity, so much so that even light can't escape it. It's because of this that if you fall into a black hole, you would be pretty much nearly immortal if it didn't end up spaghettifying you eventually. However, you wouldn't seem immortal to yourself since time is still time. It's just that time is so warped from where you are to where the people on Earth would be, that a single year for you could be thousands for them.
