3 a set of side snips
4 a set of wire cutters
5 a philips screwdriver
6 a flat head screwdriver
7 a stanley knife
8 a multimeter
9 shrink wrap or insulation tape
10 a way to shrink you shrink wrap (heat source)
11 a cable tie
12 10cm of single core wire
13 wiring guide

Second hand on eBay is the most common. I found new ones by accident once but they were around £500.
