I remember (it might be a fake memory, but it makes sense) when we first got a microwave in 198X or maybe early 199X and my mother used it to make some kind of bizarre donut shaped, herbed-base pizza. When Alton Brown was on "Hot Ones" he told how he prefers to do his grocery shopping late at night because he doesn't have to watch people check out with carts full of garbage food. He said he gets really depressed over the things people feed themselves. I'm one of the lucky ones. My mom has always properly cooked for us and I made a point of learning and then expanding my own abilities. Thanks for being a champion of this particular ideal. It's an important one. That salad looks rough. As my dad is Italian, he is the one that founded your videos and when he saw that you think putting cream in carbonara is fucked, he couldn't have agreed more. Also, that pasta looked like a pile of shit when you were putting it into the bowl. Your videos are gold, and the comedy is gold - expecially Jule's laugh - but the salad is rough. :) 🥗🤢😶

At the end of all that cooking I thought you said "Let's taste it" with a bit too much gusto. Should've been "Do we really need to taste it?" LOL!
