Hi! I’m just beginning my research on neem. Do you rely on the neem supplements during ovulation? Or do you add the oil during that week

@@caydinface2803 Hi! Great question. I take neem supplements daily (not the full 950mg dose, but one capsule a day). I'll typically avoid activity while ovulating for safety (only a 5 day window each month), but if I am active, I'll do a full dose of neem capsules and oil tampon (10 min) for safety. 5 years and that's been what's worked for me!
