I’ve been doing facial exercises and massage for some time now, but have only just discovered your fabulous facial exercise video’s. You can feel that it is actually working immediately post exercise. More please 😊Also can you suggest any exercise/massage which could help with the horizontal lines (bunny lines) that you get at the bridge of the nose ❤

You ladies are beautiful. I love these videos! Does Deborah have her own channel? I just started doing face yoga exercises that engage and work the forehead muscles. So now I’m confused if I should be working my forehead or relaxing my forehead?? Or should I do both?

I had such neck pain and this has definitely decreased it. I also have such trouble not furrow ing my forehead when doing g these exercises IS there a way to help this

When it comes to facial massage, we find that we see the best results after continuous use and over time, we recommend waiting at least 4 weeks to see results.
