There’s a few things I love about this video. First I love the facial reactions going on wherever Deborah said something pleasing😂 Next I love the fact that Deborah is a brilliant advert for what she’s doing and she’s not a twenty year old who hasn’t got any wrinkles telling us all how to correct them. She delivers the information so well and has a lovely calm speaking voice. I also love how many questions the girls asked on our behalf. Thanks girls I’m off to recapture my youth ❤️

I’d love to see some videos from Debra to iron out my 11s and my forehead lines for a smoother appearance on the upper area of my face! The hooded eye lifts were great. The sagging jawline is terrific and the marionette lines was also very good to watch. I’m hopeful about progress on those areas but would like to iron out my 11s and my forehead lines along with my nasal whatever those lines are from the nose down to the lips! Thank you

I have a question: If I start doing these exercises daily and then take a break for a few weeks or forget, will it make my jowls worse?

Great question! We can confirm that consistency is key, however, taking a short break from facial exercises for a week is unlikely to result in any significant changes to your jowls. These exercises, often aimed at toning and tightening the facial muscles, do contribute to improved muscle tone over time, but the effects are generally gradual both when starting and when pausing them. If you notice your skin feels a bit less firm after pausing, it could be more about losing the temporary benefits of increased circulation and muscle stimulation that come from regular facial activity, rather than actual worsening of the jowls. Once you resume your routine, you should be able to regain the benefits. Meanwhile, make sure to maintain good skincare habits, including hydration and appropriate skin care products, to support your skin's elasticity and overall health! We hope this helps!
