how strong are that wild yeast?1102 level of sweetness seems to be rather much for the yeast to consume all and not remain some sweetness in the end🤔

how long is sanitizer good for in a spray bottle?

Idk if rinsing was a good idea. You'll rinse that yeast right off. You missed a few which probably helped
