Very nice...I went to a dry bar a few years ago and it took them 4 hours to do my hair. 😦

My sister has extremely textured curly hair, like no one can even find her curl pattern, she’s been told many times, they’ve never seen hair like hers on a white person. (Though a lot of Jews, like us, have curly textured hair but hers is more than that) I was afraid it was going to be a nightmare for her. I have waist length thick hair, that’s down to my waist and it takes them a double appt for me. But this gave me hope, hair dressers normally burst into tears with my sisters hair (well just one) .But this gave me some hope. They did such a beautiful job on your hair, I’m going to bring my sisters product to protect her hair. My hair is also curly and textured, basically stereotypical Jewish hair, I had it permanently relaxed and thinned from 14-27, (like in the photo) but I’ve finally let it be itself. And I love it.

Naturalistas with type 4 hair go elsewhere, no matter what customer service , KZbin bloggers, or the stylists here will tell you. They will knowingly prep your hair improperly , because they do not have the same brushes/products as their regional branches and then will blame the poor technique on your hair not being as loose or not relaxed like "other black women". I have gone to other locations and had awesome results sans the microaggressions I recieved here. I would have respected a " we aren't prepared for your hair type" vs trying to flat iron my unstretched dry hair. Also I was appalled to see after the "detangling" portion that the brushes aren't cleaned between clients. Gross
