NATURAL HAIR LOSS REMEDY RECIPE | Fenugreek for Hair Loss

(FULL RECIPE BELOW)
Finally sharing my full hair regrowth recipe using only 2 ingredients that truly worked wonders for me. I am so happy to finally be sharing this with everyone! I posted this on #tiktok a few months ago and wanted to have it here as well for those who do not have access to the app and hopefully reach more people that need to see this.
For anyone going through hair loss right now, I hope that if nothing else this gives you a little hope and community! If you do try this please leave me a comment and let me know how it goes or message me on instagram (@anushkadatta).
RECIPE
7-8 oz. Fenugreek Seeds
4 cups Filtered or Distilled Water
-Mesh Strainer
-Measuring Cup
-Large Mixing Bowl
-Spray Bottle
HOW TO
Put seeds and water in the mixing bowl and cover with foil. Leave in a cool place overnight (for approx. 8 hours...a few extra won't ruin it, so don't worry). After soaking for 8 hours, strain the water from the bowl into the measuring cup - this recipe made about 2 cups of liquid. Then transfer the liquid into the spray bottle. Store in the fridge for up to a month.
*I usually save it for a couple of months as long as it doesn't have any mold or smell - so it's totally up to you if you want to do that!

It worked for me! I boiled the seeds instead to speed up the process, let it cool down, put it in a bottle & stored it in the fridge. My hair stopped shading from the 1st application. I soak my hair in it once a week, on Fri & wash off Sunday. I spray my roots daily with it to get thick, shiny hair. It smells like caramel & I don't mind it because it changed my thin, shedding hair into my dream hair. It stopped shedding, got thicker & longer than ever before. Try it!

What I believe she's saying, is that on Friday she's SOAKING her head with it like you would as a FULL TREATMENT and then she's leaving it on and not washing her hair till Sunday and that's when she washes it off. Other than that, She's spraying it daily at the root..

Don’t discard the soaked seeds.. they are very useful as well. Here I’m sharing the DIY hair mask that I’ve been using since I was in school. Paste the soaked fenugreek seeds well. Then mix curd in 1:1 ratio (measurements are according to your hair length) and then give a final mix. Apply and coat your hair well and then make a bun or so and leave it for 30-40 minutes. Then shampoo and voila! You’ll never go to saloon again to get hair spa. Use this mask once a month. You will fall in love with your hair 😍

Does your hairline became fine with fenugreek?? I'm struggling with receding hairline nd have been using Minoxidil since a month. I got small baby hairs on the front but is also increased my facial hair growth so i stopped using minoxidil. Thanks for your honesty! Hair loss in women is more common than I realized. I've been using fenugreek, along with some other Ayurveda herbs, for about 2M now. I've noticed almost NO shedding, so I'm super psyched. My hair has not yet thickened but I will continue to use it. I also drink the fenugreek water, use that same water to spray my scalp and hair, and grind the seeds that were soaked in the water to add to my hair masks.

I would boil the seeds in water first to let the goodness of seeds come out and water concentrated then let it cool then put seeds and water into glass jar.

If u put the soaked seeds in mud you will get baby fenugreek plants which can be eaten whole after about 20 days growth. They taste really yummy with onion & potato. Will be def trying the fenugreek water. I am surprised no one talks about its DHT blocking properties. Thanks for sharing

There is one KZbin channel i don't remember well.. Name was like nanis tips or something like that.. She said around 60 yrs back when she was kid and she had not so much hair on head.. And her mother was worried that time her grand mother told her mother to use fenugreek oil once or twice a month for this kid... I've been using this for about a month and have noticed a very slight reduction in shedding, though it may be too early to tell. I will continue with it and hopefully see more results. One thing to mention is the smell is quite pungent and it has to be stored in the fridge to stop it from going off! Hope everyone has good results from this x

Shedding did decrease at first but I've noticed no new hair growth. I've also had bit more shedding return recently. I've been using it consistently but have slipped and not used it for a few days here and there, I also lowered the concentration so that may have affected the shedding. Hope others have found it useful!

I'm gonna try this, remind me to update! 😊❤️ I tried it, for only one week now. I already see results! My hairfall reduced significantly after I applied it. Another thing I did that helped DRASTICALLY (literally getting just one to two hairs falling out now everyday! I used to have a cluster of hair falling out befor) Which is : mix coconut oil, aloe vera gel and vitamin E and apply onto scalp, leave it on for one night and wash off with plain water next day, it helped SO MUCH 😭🤍 try it! I'll update when I use the water more, but if I don't need to anymore, I'll let you know! 🤗 Definitely try Fenugreek water, it helps a ton!

For conditioning, I stopped using conditioners cause either they caused hairball or made my hair dryer the next day itself. So at first I thought no need of it. But later I would use a few drops of almond oil after shower. This works amazing because my hair stopped looking super dry, I have no more tangles and it feels very soft till next wash.

It's really unbelievable how much this and the oil i prepared from the seeds have helped me. I got covid and 2-3 months after recovering, i was losing hair like anything. I would lose more than 100 strands each day and while washing, the whole shower drainage would be clogged! I used this spray and the special oil (with Fenugreek seeds, black seeds and few other oils, took just one time effort) My hair is just awesome now. Everyone's noticing the difference.

I've experienced what you experienced. I lost 80% of my hair from late May to July 2021. I had covid the last week of November 2021. I have been trying everything & spending a fortune on olaplex, vegamour, vitamins, collagen, etc. So I am definitely wanting to incorporate this recipe because it's cheap & I'll try anything at this point! I haven't been doing the above pricey brands long enough to see results but I would really love to try this because depression is an understatement. @@TheBess1121 hey! I dry roasted fenugreek seeds, black seeds and converted it into powder in the grinder. I dried about 20-25 curry leaves in the otg for about 2 minutes. Made it into a powder. Added all of this in a glass jar. Then added extra virgin cold pressed olive oil (used theolivestory brand) -25%, (Sri Sri tattva )cold pressed virgin coconut oil-25%, cold pressed sweet almond oil -10-15%, castor oil of course - 30% , Rosemary essential oil (few drops) and kept the jar in the sun. The results are incredible for me. I also spray my hair roots with fenugreek water before applying oils. And I conclude the oil application with some aloe Vera gel. All of this only in the roots. Aloe also takes away any inching and provides a calming effect. And Done! :) let me know if you have any further questions. Hope you find this useful:))

I only use cold pressed organic oils. And I apply any good quality aloe Vera gel after applying the oils. I don’t massage a lot since the pressure can hurt the hair initially and you can experience more hair fall. You can massage once the strength of the hair gets restored. I detangle my hair before application and lightly comb with wide tooth comb after application as well. I try not to tie my hair and after wash it feels so healthy and nice. Take a biotin supplement if you’ve suffered from Covid because hairloss is a major post Covid symptom. We are not alone, there are many who have had this problem. But don’t worry now, have faith in the process and let this remedy help you. You’ll see the difference before a month which is after about just 8-10 applications. But have patience and do the remedies thoughtfully.

I’ll be using the fenugreek more in that area for sure because my shedding continues even though i switched to washing my hair every other day. I don’t know if its my oily hair/scalp… its hard because i want to wash it every day so i avoid dandruff from my oily scalp but also the shedding/clumps of hair is starting to scare me. Thank you for this recipe. I am going to go make it this weekend. Is it necessary to buy organic fenugreek seeds? I got a regular brand that you typically get from a desi store. In terms of kidney transplant, please make a video. I myself have a chronic and rare kidney condition and have been suffering from hair loss for about two years. I am not sure if you went to a dermatologist to be properly diagnosed for your hair loss but I was told that I have female pattern hair loss. Hi ! I have had chronic telegen effluvium since the birth of my son in October 2019. I have had about 20 months of constant hair shedding. I have lost so much hair. Okay first of all hi I'm so sorry that you're experiencing this right now, trust me I was convinced I was going to be bald. I tried minoxidil and I think I convinced myself that it was working but I didn't. After about a month of using the about 3 times a week before washing my hair (at first I would leave it in 30 ish mins before washing and after a few months I went down to like 15) my hair basically went back to normal shedding not hair loss shedding if you get me! And I started to see baby hairs around that time too. I can't guarantee the time line or that it will work but that's how my experience went!!

@@jennifermurschell7061 hahaha yay! no I love it I don't mind the questions at all gf!! 💕 I stopped it before I started this just because I realized it wasn't working for me but I was also using a different shampoo at the time that helped me for a little but then I felt like it was making me shed more so it's kind of hard to tell what was actually causing the shedding to ramp up all of a sudden!

So far it’s been a week and I’d like to say I do see my hair growing abit faster than it usually does. I have also cut out all sort of heat tools out of my hair routine (NO straightener | NO hairdryer) I leave my hair to air dry every time I come out of the shower. The smell is pungent and stays even when I wash with shampoo and conditioner, but for me the smell is durable. 1 week and so far I’m really happy with the results! Will keep updating xx

you can prepare the leftover seeds in so many ways & eat them. If you just search recipes with fenugreek or methi there should be tons of options! I kept it on for around 30 mins 3 times a week before shampooing and a couple times in the beginning I left it on for about an hour. After I started seeing results I went down to 10-15 mins before washing! Thanks for being here you are so welcome!

Minoxidil causes shedding from 6-8 weeks. The baby hairs that came & left is from the immediate stop of minoxidil. Minoxidil once used is suggested to never stop the use :/ it sucks I know it happened to me too. I’m trying natural stuff to bring it back but if it doesn’t work going to look into prp next bc I don’t want to use rogaine the rest of my life 😢

I would try the spray I talked about in this video! The fenugreek spray. And I use maple holistics Argan Shampoo which I have linked in the description of this video!
