Nice, detailed & helpful video. One tip tho(and this is from experience) heat the honey, in a dish, in the microwave till it bubbles because there is peroxide in it and it can gradually bleach your hair color.

Soo I don't know if this is just me but I had a horrible experience with coconut oil it dried my hair out and damaged it really bad I purchase the oil at whole foods and it was the extra virgin living foods coconut oil I don't really know where I went wrong because I did see all over KZbin that coconut oil was great for your hair but it wasn't for me. it Took out all the oils and left it dry and dull minus the fact I needed a cut can somebody please help me find out how to know repair my hair and products I should use

Do what is best for your hair, she is just explaining how she deep conditions her hair, she's not telling everyone what they should do for their hair.

If cowash gets all the deep conditioner out then sure you can use that! Just make sure you don't have any of these ingredients left in your hair because you don't wanna walk around with egg and mayonnaise in there lol

Usually I can just tell when they need to be trimmed cuz my ends will start to look lifeless. I guess you can say like once every 4 months

I say this worked so good I did add a little apple cider vinegar into the mixture and let it sit for 2 hrs mainly because I’ve never had a deep conditioner in my hair and wasn’t able to get a store bought one

After deep conditioning, one is supposed to rinse it all out with warm water. Then LOC or LCO method to moisturise and finally style your hair. Hope that helps.

Does anybody know if this works or is it good for transitioning hair as well cause I just put it in my hair while it was straight and it made my hair really stiff and really tangled and when I tried to comb it a little a lot of hair of was shedding. Idk hows it gonna come out yet it is still in my hair but I do know I'm going to have heck trying to detangle my hair lol. Fingers crossed this comes out good :)

Well... according to the video... she put it on dry. So to answer your question she used it on dirty hair. You could do like me (which could be the same way she does) and deep condition first, shampoo, then use a regular conditioner.

Rosanna Charles Make enough for that day and use left over for something else unless you deep condition weekly. Products tend to break down and lose their integrity over time.
