@@SimplySubrena I would recommend going to a salon to get that bond builder treatment. Recently I experienced a lot of shredding and the treatment stopped the shredding.

@@SimplySubrena Aruveyda teas that include green tea and burdock root also stop shedding. I actually spray my hair after I wash with an hibiscus and green tea...stops that shedding in it's tracks! Love it!

I don’t think keratin helps grow your hair but for me personally it’s a huge contributor to me retaining length because my hair is more manageable, so less breakage equals minimal trims needed.
