Hair is most def giving healthy! The roller set and frizz spray was my fave. I might give the nexus a try and I feel like I’ve tried a lot of shampoo and conditioner combos and honestly shea moisture never lets me down. But I need something more for strength like the protein ones you’re using!

I admire your hair so much! It’s for sure more work than Caucasian hair but it’s so versatile and I love what you do with it! I highly recommend to implement a good collagen powder! No vitamins etc made ever really a difference to my hair except when I started taking collagen daily! My hair grows now btw 1/2“ to 1“ a month … which is unheard of for my hair! 🎉

I’m suffering from split ends and single strand knots. I keep cutting the ends and it feels like the split ends keep splitting higher and higher up the shaft. I lost more that half my length already over the past 8 months

I don't know how people get their hair to nice and flat when they blow dry their hair. When I do it, the ends always look frail and ragged and that's with a trim. My at home silks never look like this or they don't stay like that and just puff back up.
