After watching this video, I got inspired and blindly reached into my Great Books of the Western World by Britannica and pulled out the book on Montesquieu and Rousseau. It seems to cover a lot of what you just talked about. Completely weird experience as there are over 50 books in the set covering a wide range of topics.

Sovereignty would be conceivable if we were responsible from birth… in human the rules for functioning come from beyond our wanting or understanding.. then as adults it’s rather coping with what is happening and what is understood..

Something I came across other day referencing Natural LAw is that "children are not held to the same standard as adults" ←a tenet of Natural Law ... kind-a think its common sense [as most of it is really lol] but we have learned that "common sense is not that common" sad to say. ALso I find that Natural Law /Universal Law is one of the FEW and I mean FEW items, truths, facts, we can find in this reality. . . . . . its part of "Base Code" effectively as is Law/Rules i.e. CONTRACTS CONSENTS AGREEMENTS COVENANTS are found running thru everything for ever. . . . . . LAW is one of what I term "The Golden Thread" [-§-] AlwaysForward
