@@tongo117 BTW, given your username, let me know if you have any tips/wisdom here. I'm doing an experiment where I only eat PB&J' and goat milk. Why? Because peanut butter (organic kind which is only nuts and salt) has all the macro nutrients, and milk has healthy animal protein and fat. Let me know if you know anything about PB that makes this a crazy idea.

@@craigcandor my user/nick name goes back 35+ years to my early days as a fireman.. money was tight and PB was cheap.. i always had it on hand along with a loaf of white bread.. PB man was born and the name stuck.. since i eat so much of it (on my 34th jar of Smuckers Natural for 2019), yes i count/wash/save the jars.. i've also thought about the possible negative effects.. the fact that PB is high in Omega 6 fatty acids seems to be of some concern as it may cause inflammation (not for me).. and it's high in calories but that's of no concern.. i've been 160lbs for the last 40 years or so.. but, to eat PB exclusively with only goat's milk?? not sure about that.. good luck..

Most people watching this probably need an immediate solution. Here's my best tips: Method #1 - Use a hand mixer. If you have and want crunchy peanut butter, or don't have a mixer, proceed to the next method. Method #2 - Pour into a different container. For a moderately sized jar of peanut butter, a drinking cup worked fine for me. Here is a detailed step-by-step guide to avoid making a mess. 1. Use a spoon to pour something like half of the jar into the cup, getting both some thick stuff and some liquid stuff. 2. Mix each container (jar and cup) separately. 3. Tilt the cup over the jar and use the spoon to push the peanut butter from the cup into the jar, carefully avoiding that the peanut butter spills over the edges of the jar. 4. Give it a little stir. 5. If the sides or the jar still got messy, wipe it off, then close the lid tightly. Finally, clean the outsides of the jar with a dishbrush and a little bit of soap. Do not rinse it too long or with super hot water if you do not want the labels to come off. Some labels might break very easily, and you will have sticky glue instead; in that case it might not be worth it to wash the jar.

If you want to avoid the need to stir the peanut butter at all before you turn it upside down open the jar and remove a tablespoon or 2 of the oil and then go ahead and turn it upside down and leave in the fridge overnight and the next day it will have the perfect texture because if you were paying attention to this video even after he performed this procedure the peanut butter still look a little too thin and when you spread it on your bread it will run off the edges of the bread and that really suks, and if you accidentally remove too much oil and it looks too thick no worries before you need to use it just take it out of the fridge for 10 minutes and it will soften to perfection and if is still a little runny after performing this trick before you need to use it just put it in the freezer for about 7 minutes and it will thicken to perfection, I do this procedure with the organic Valencia peanut butter from Costco and it works to perfection all the time.

It will never reabsorb, in fact that’s why the non natural brands add emulsifiers to keep it homogenized. Those emulsifiers are no good for you. Stir it as suggested here. Then keep in the fridge. It will keep it from separating again plus will delay rancidity. (But if you are like us, a jar doesn’t last more than 10 days so the likelihood of that is very low!) Great tip by the way. I look forward to trying it out.
