I've been listening to videos for almost a month because I suffer from restless leg syndrome every night and this is the most informative video I have ever encountered. Wow! I give this 10 stars!

I have the A1 casein thing! When I was younger I always had tonsillitis, sore throat and ear infections. I realised, even then, that when I consumed milk, I'd soon get an infection. My family thought I was being ridiculous but I'm glad it wasn't all in my head😅. I don't get those infections anymore though.

I cut dairy and instantly my periods become lighter and pain free. I was healthy as a child. I ate dairy this weekend and started my period a day later, and it's painful and heavy again. I'll definitely stick to dairy free!

Heavy bleeder with horrible cramps, and I’ve had my period every two weeks for over 3 years. My OB is male - he did a biopsy and other tests, found nothing wrong and told me it is “no big deal” - my mother has endometriosis and I feel that I may as well. I have four children, I have my tubes tied, and I’m 33 years old. I was told no I asked for a hysterectomy when I asked a few years ago. I also get small ovarian cysts sometimes - This time, when my period started, I had horrible cramping for three days before and was starting to get worried. Sometimes, I don’t want to be a woman anymore. I vomit and feel terrible when I try BC pills & struggle with mental illness already - I feel like my hands are tied, so I’m looking into natural ways to not only make my periods, less heavy, but also, so I don’t have to bleed every two weeks.

😢I have struggled with them too.....and then I found out about nervous system dysregulation .... healing my childhood trauma and relaxing my nervous system.....apart from eating right....and keeping my iron up has helped immensely.....made a difference of day n night...... But again I haven't healed a 100% just trying to find out more about myself 😊

Thank you so much for natural & sensible avenues! 💕 in the US we just get a prescription for the symptoms never a plan for to eliminate the root cause! I am definitely buying your books! 🌟🌟

Today I learned that a normal bleed is 5 TBS. Wow, you mean to tell me that most women barely bleed at all? I could probably mesure in cups
@LaraBridenАй бұрын
Yes, 80mL or about five tablespoons is the acceptable max for menstrual fluid lost over all the days of the bleed. Of course, some women lose as much as 400mL, which is not good.

Thank you so much for this video. I just started the progesterone cream waiting for my next visit to see if my doctor can prescribe real progesterone pills. I live in USA and that’s kind of complicated here. I am taking inositol. Do you think I should stop it? Thank you inn advance for your response.

thanks, very clear One question, long luteal phases, 19, 20 days indicate progesterone deficiency?
@LaraBriden2 жыл бұрын
it would be very unusual to have a 20-day luteal phase. The maximum possible is 16 days. Are you confirming that with temperatures?

I have had mine every two weeks for 3 years 😔 I feel your pain. I’ve always been a very heavy bleeder and I’m 33 years old. My OB did a biopsy and other tests, found nothing wrong and told me it was no big deal. I’m still searching for ways to fix it without hormonal birth control, which don’t agree with me. I hope you’ve found relief ❤

Obgyn also said not worried about the cysts either What would you suggest ?
