Hi i am on spouse visa i came to UK on 23 oct 2019 five year route now my five years completed here i had absence 335 days in total but in 2020 i had 216 days absence and my solicitor says now that i will not be able to get ILR because absence which is more than 180 days in 2020 which was during covid ! Is there any chance to get ilr ? Thanks
