Can you have a medical ditecton dog if you have epilepsy and atisaum

There are charities which train medical detection dogs for epilepsy. There are also charities which train assistance dogs to help autistic people. Those aren't medical detection dogs, but they can help make situations less stressful to reduce how often the autistic person becomes overwhelmed or has a meltdown. They can also help people calm down after meltdowns.
