Slightly Bitter Autistic Cake So yeah, it's oversaturated so much it's not even realistic. I don't understand why people are installing those ENBs, they all look terrible...Visual V is probably the best one, but I miss the distance fog in there. btw. I'm using Samsung S22B300. It's a good monitor, so this isn't the problem.

You definitely don't get 60fps on a 970. You will get Maybeeeee 60 fps with a 1080 card. The maker of this mod has dual 1080 cards.

Tip: After insatlling the mod try different weathers my personal favourite are Neutral,Overcast(FPS boost) and smog the game really looks like real life and try scroll lock on/off setting it will give you fps boost
