Thank you SO much for posting this! Vitally important for our mental well-being. I live very rurally in a beautiful place where I see owls and hares on a daily basis and I do your five pathways naturally every day because I walk a lot and I love photography too. The five pathways should be followed by every school in the UK. The great thing is everyone can benefit even if they live in very built up areas. 👏👏👏

Just to sit amongst trees & hear bird song relaxes me & my wife so much it really is a great tonic ,more people should give it a try ,turn off your phone & relax .😊
