What a wonderful 2 minutes to end this show. Spending a lot of time with my grandparents in Southern England I have had a lifelong fascination with Oak trees and have seen them in all seasons in all climates. Simply mesmerizing to look upon these beautiful boughs!

Jekyll Island is a treasure! Thank you State of Georgia for FINALLY coming around to that realization! From the nature, to the beautiful Chapel, and the beautiful scent of Jasmine! At least I will always have the quintessential Golden Isles feeling on Jekyll. Damn shame what has happened to St. Simon's!

Beautiful. Jekyll Island is also home to Driftwood Beach. That is the most majestic of beaches. Take the time to look it up or even come visit.

Drift wood beach on Jekyll island is an absolute treasure. We spent many a weekend under the shade of the live oaks that washed up on the beach. Beautiful place.

It's a beautiful place, but hotter than Hades in the summer with the heat/humidity! Your best visit time is between Nov-Feb.

I live in goose creek South Carolina…in a subdivision where there is a copse of Oaks on my street. The hoa is talking about using that sacred land for a playground.

Im a beekeeper in minnosota. I trap 7 Monarch Butterflies in a jar. I then place jar in the middle of the Beehive. It then is a joy for me to watch the bees frenzied Sting the Butterflies til they Disintegrate. IT creates some of the best tasting

I’ve been going to Jekyll Island routinely over the past 60 years. They have cut down so many of the trees, oaks and pines. They’ve also destroyed the natural habitat on the shorelines near the north end of the island on the ocean side and the south end of the island in the marshland. The last time I was there, I balled my eyes out. I will never be able to go back, ever. What was once there, is now gone and will never be able to be restored. 🥲
