What’s your morning routine like at the moment? Some days I can wake up at 5am to watch the sunrise but other days I sleep in all week hehe. We’re so honoured to collaborate with Mogli this week 💚 her incredible music makes us feel so much.

It's too cold anywhere south of you guys to get up at 5am. I let the chickens out have a ciggie and go back to bed for another 4 hours.😂

We get up at dawn to let the LGD out and begin the morning feeding routine. My husband helps walk the dogs and then makes coffee and breakfast while I finish caring for all the sheep, chickens, and rabbits, and water the garden.

On my days off? I get up before sunrise, grab my camera and go to one of the many places in the backyard of the 733,000 acre National Forest I live in, wander and take pics of all the beauty that surrounds me to share with others.

Most mornings I wake up at the crack of dawn and take care of all our animals, 5 dogs, 5 ferrets, 2 kittens, and 2 rats. Make breakfast and collect my thoughts for the day then off to shower and shave. Finally, off to the jobsites to make sure my crews are all set up and running smoothly (ha, there is always something not going right). And, somedays, after breakfast when there is nothing pressing to do, I head back to bed snuggled with my 2 mini dachshunds.

Molly and I have nothing but love for you and my 12 year old is touched with your love and dedication for your animals and ducks. Autumn is our favourite month where like you, we grow many vegetables as well as gather them. This is RB. Jackson, once again these sisters are so much very independent and so aware of every beautiful things around them. My garden is finally in except for a few cabbage plants I had to buy because the ones I started from seed ended up freezing but now the danger of frost is over so it should be a good summer.
