There is an issue with our project tunnels and we cannot generate power so we are releasing water downstream.

dams need SPILLWAYS. you cant just go sticking a turbine on every down spout. see all that MUD? what happens to the turbine that has to INGEST all that MUD? what happens if the turbines need repairing? upgrading? its a DAM. it will REFILL.
