Here's another beautiful dawn chorus I recorded in Scotland: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hny1e6qAnt6ppK8

Thank you George for sharing this beautiful chorus. I had the sublime opportunity of volunteering for work weeks with Trees for Life, John Muir Trust and Scottish Forestry Commission collaborations. This is balm to my heart and mind. Thank you again.

I'm up early and listening from Ontario, Canada. Lovely soundscape! I visited Scotland, an endemic walk in the woods would have been in order........ sadly, I did not........ hopefully there will be another opportunity one day. Thank you for listing the birds we may be hearing as well 💚

Hope you'll get to go back and experience it IRL. Until then enjoy my soundscapes. Here's one I captured in June this year: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hny1e6qAnt6ppK8

I got my hearing tested around one month ago, I also take care of my hearing with ear protection. I have around %98 of the full frequency spectrum possible by the human ear, and for this I am thankful. So when i listen to audio this clean, it feels like silk for my ear drums.

You seem to be the only guy actually recording stuff. The rest likes to add in computer elephants fighting t-rexes every minute so you can relax better.
@GeorgeVlad4 жыл бұрын
Haha, thank you. I’ve seen some of those too. They’re impressive but not particularly suited for relaxation. I’m not the only one recording though, check out T Rex Beverly’s work: kzbin.info/door/6l5Kz_YCJrK9tZE4p49Pzg

Amazing. The more i read it seems like the sound devices products are the best. What do you think of the mixpre series?
@GeorgeVlad4 жыл бұрын
Sound Devices are indeed makers of excellent hardware. I wrote a review for the 2nd gen Mixpres that you might find useful: mindful-audio.com/blog/sound-devices-mixpre-ii-review

@@GeorgeVlad ill have to go and visit when its autumn. That is my favourite time to wonder the woods. Thanks
@GeorgeVlad3 жыл бұрын
Autumn is great for walking in the woods but there isn't a lot of birdsong. That doesn't make it less interesting or enjoyable though as there are many other details in the soundscape.
