The father is so scared of the parasite's pecking that he flew away as soon as he gave the food away. The cuckoo's constant pecking to the poor mother is very annoying to watch. However, I guess that's all part of nature.

Yup it was so noisy and demanding so it attracted a preditor .On the good side the predator ate it but 1 chick survived the attack
