Whatever Naughty Dog's next release is going to be.. I'm not buying it or playing otherwise. Maybe I'll try the game they release after TLOU3, which sounds like 15 years from now. There has to be some consequence for ruining a franchise for 50% of it's fanbase. As they say- if you don't like it, don't buy it. Best of luck to them.

Btw the 600 dollar xbox and the 700 dollar ps pro aren't close in price at all btw...Xbox atleast provides the stand and disc drive included at 12 tflops. So u looking at a 250 dollar difference.

Just an anecdotal observation, but people are trying to flip the Pro at a loss here in Germany. Might be due to FOMO or otherwise uninformed purchasing decisions. My biggest concern is that the software isn't matching what the Pro is spec-wise capable of. I hope developers will follow up with patches resp. properly optimized new games.

MBG ...we don't have enough information to confidently claim the next game that ND has been working on since 2020 is not TLOU 3. Work starts on the next game while they are still working on game that launches before it. Uncharted 3 had secrets that hinted TLOU1. Uncharted 4 had hints of TLOU2. Even TLOU1 had hints of TLOU2 with the Dawn of the Wolf posters. Abbey was the dawn of a new main character and she was a wolf. You can tell by the way TLOU1 was constructed that TLOU2 was in development while TLOU1 was being made. A main theme of TLOU2 was the traumatic PTSD nightmares. Ellie suffered from them and the first time we saw Abbey, she woke up startled by a PTSD nightmare. The first time we saw Joel 20 years after Sarah died, he wakes up started from a PTSD nightmare about Sarah. He has another startled wakeup when Ellie was sitting in the room with the rain on the windows. The games overlap to form a cohesive lore. TLOU3 will be the same. Yes the final script is developed late into the dev cycle, but the theme and the gameplay tech is developed very early on while still working on the previous game.
